Warehouse Associate

SUMMARY

GlockStore is seeking a detail-oriented

Warehouse Associate

to support swift fulfillment of our high-volume orders. This position may be responsible for accurately receiving products, packaging products, and/or picking, packaging, and shipping customer orders without error. This is a floating position where you may need to fulfill either of these roles as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Received products Packages Products Accurately picks products Checks products picked against invoice to ensure everything is correct Assembles boxes Chooses correct package type and size Packs products for shipping Processes shipping labels Includes packing slip in each package Verifies that Ship To information on all paperwork is correct and utilizes FedEx, USPS or UPS software to process shipment. Identifies differences in product type and packaging Identifies proper locations of products needed to fill Keeps warehouse clean and organized and follows all safety procedures and SOPs; and Handles special projects, as needed. Helps in other areas of the warehouse when needed including inventory pick, receiving, packaging and assembly. Does other assigned tasks when needed Works overtime when required

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Long periods of standing is required. You should be able to read English and enjoy working with others. We are a fast-paced business shipping 800-2000 orders per day. We are growing rapidly and there is room for advancement for great people.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma Warehouse experience preferred Ability to operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment High sense of urgency attention to detail -- accuracy is a must! Must be a team player! Must have great organizational skills
