Job Description

The Warehouse & Logistics Associate will oversee all day-to-day operations related to craft beer inventory, warehouse organization, order fulfillment, and delivery logistics. This person will ensure every keg, case, and package moves efficiently from supplier to warehouse to customer while maintaining accurate records and timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all inbound receiving activities, including product deliveries, quality checks, and inventory updates. Staging and organization of warehouse products to ensure efficient pick, pack, and ship workflows. Plan and optimize routes for delivery drivers for maximum efficiency and on-time customer delivery. Coordinate shipping schedules and manage outgoing orders to retail, wholesale, and event customers. Maintain accurate inventory counts, ensuring all movements are recorded in the warehouse management system. Communicate with sales and operations teams to align on order priorities, delivery times, and special requests. Implement and uphold best practices for storage, cleanliness, and product rotation (FIFO). Track KPIs related to deliveries, warehouse performance, and cost efficiency.
Qualifications

3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management (beverage or food industry preferred). Strong knowledge of route planning, order fulfillment, and inventory systems. Proficiency with logistics and warehouse software tools (e.g., ShipStation, QuickBooks, or related platforms). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required). Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment. Passion for craft beer and hospitality is a plus.
