Job Description

We are a growing tile and flooring distribution company seeking a dependable

Warehouse Associate

to join our team. This role focuses on

packing, strapping, and palletizing tile shipments

for outbound orders. The work is

physically demanding

, and candidates must be comfortable handling

heavy boxes

throughout the day.

This is a hands-on position critical to keeping shipments accurate, secure, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

Pack tile and flooring products into boxes for shipment Strap, wrap, and secure boxes onto pallets Prepare pallets for local deliveries and freight shipments Safely lift, move, and stack heavy boxes (often 50+ lbs) Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment Follow safety procedures and company packing standards Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Requirements

Ability to perform

physical labor

for extended periods Ability to

lift heavy boxes repeatedly

throughout the shift Strong work ethic and reliability Attention to detail when packing and securing shipments Ability to work independently and as part of a team Punctual and dependable attendance
Preferred (Not Required)

Forklift experience or certification Prior warehouse, logistics, or construction materials experience Experience working with tile, stone, or flooring products Bi-lingual Spanish/English
Work Environment

Warehouse setting Labor-intensive, hands-on role Fast-paced during peak shipping periods
Compensation & Schedule

Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Full-time position Opportunity for growth within the company

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
