The Warehouse Associate is responsible for executing daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping/receiving. This role supports the flow of goods through the warehouse and ensures that shipments are accurate, timely, and handled safely. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and ship customer orders, including domestic, international, and palletized shipments
Receive and inspect inbound inventory; verify quantities and report discrepancies
Put away inventory and perform transfers between locations
Conduct routine inventory cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy
Strive for 100% error-free execution in all shipping and receiving functions
Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse by organizing supplies, restocking, sweeping, and trash removal
Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and pallet stackers
Use basic computer applications for shipping, receiving, and inventory functions
Communicate clearly and promptly with warehouse colleagues and other departments
Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
Required Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Warehouse experience preferred but not required
Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and email communication
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience using warehouse software systems (WMS, ERP)
Knowledge of international shipping processes
Physical & Environmental Requirements:
Frequent standing, lifting, reaching, and bending throughout the shift
Ability to lift up to 80 pounds when required
Warehouse environment with exposure to standard equipment such as pallet jacks and stackers
Compliance with all safety and cleanliness protocols
Additional Requirements:
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
