Position Summary / Job Scope




If you are committed to working together to ensure parts availability for world class abatement systems, this is the role for you. As a Warehouse Associate, you'll work at the Hillsboro Warehouse and Training Facility where you will work in a small team to receive and fulfill spare part orders for tech customers in the United States and abroad.



You will participate in the receipt, storage, loading, unloading, inventory and delivery of parts, materials, and equipment and are expected to maintain related records and files as assigned. Additionally, when needed you will provide customer support. Employees in this classification receive general supervision within a framework of standard policies and procedures.

Minimum Knowledge and Skills




This position is compensated hourly (non-exempt) position. You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, technical aptitude, school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience. The following skills are valued for success:

Good communication skills. Ability to interact with the factory and other customers/stakeholders within a diverse organization. Role modeling safety and attention to detail. Clear and effective written/verbal communications skills, with an emphasis on documenting details. Personal focus on safety for the individual and those around them. Experience with computer systems such as Microsoft office suite and inventory software.

Primary Functions and Major Responsibilities



Inspect incoming stock/materials for conformity to purchase orders and packing slips. Assist in maintaining electronic records of receipt, shipping invoices, and purchase orders in our ERP system. Operate delivery vehicles and other warehouse tools and equipment when necessary. Assist in the inventory of warehouse stock and inventory reconciliations. Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies in our ERP system. Organize the data in our ERP system to match the physical layout of the warehouse. Assist in maintaining warehouse and related tools and equipment in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. Wrap, pack, log, and otherwise prepare parcels and goods for shipping. Prepare shipping labels through websites such as FedEx or UPS and create packing labels in our ERP system. Ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and safety of work environment. Available to work extended hours when necessary.

Secondary Functions



Provide customer service to internal and external customers. Intake orders from customers and transform them into sales orders. Create pick tickets for the warehouse to fulfil orders. Match inbound item receipts to proper purchase orders. Help with and create purchase orders for stock replenishment to internal and external vendors.

Preferred Qualifications:





Work experience in a general warehouse or other supply chain role. Work experience using computer systems such as Microsoft Office suite or inventory control software. Knowledge of basic warehousing, storage, and distribution methods and procedure.

Minimum and Preferred Education/Training/Experience



The candidate must possess the following educational or experience requirements: Possession of a valid and appropriate Driver's License. Aptitude for computer software and systems. High School Diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions



Must be able to: Work in an environment with high activity, exposure to loud noises and outside conditions as necessary. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Ability to walk for majority of shift, stoop, bend and pull. Ability to use ladders. May work in an environment where temperature fluctuates. Heavy use of keyboard and computer monitor.

Expected Hours to start are Mon-Fri 8-5 for training, and eventually transition to Wed-Sun
