Job Summary:

We're hiring a proactive team member to join our warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys stepping in wherever help is needed--whether that's assisting with production, organizing inventory, or supporting various departments to keep things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with product manufacturing, material prep, and other production tasks as required.

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

Fill in and support different departments based on staffing or production need.

Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute wherever needed to meet team goals.

Follow all safety rules and manufacturing procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing is a plus, but not required.

Comfortable working on your feet and performing physical tasks.

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety standards.

Willingness to learn new tasks and take initiative when support is needed

Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently in different departments and role.

Forklift certification.

Work Environment:

Fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing setting.

Full-time role with consistent hours and opportunities to grow.

Will involve standing, bending, lifting (up to 70 lbs), and working near machinery.

Candidates must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screening and background check in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
