Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Greenville, SC 29607

Job Type: Contract (Temp-to-Hire)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour


Position Summary:


Warehouse Associates are responsible for executing day-to-day warehouse operations supporting the receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipment of goods. This role ensures that all warehouse activities are performed safely, accurately, and efficiently, while maintaining inventory integrity within the ERP (SxE) system. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but training is available.


Key Responsibilities:


Receive, unload, inspect, and put away incoming materials and merchandise Verify shipments against invoices and report discrepancies or damage Sort, label, and store products on racks, shelves, or bins according to warehouse layout Pick, pack, and stage orders using paper or electronic pick sheets Load outbound shipments and secure freight to prevent damage in transit Operate warehouse equipment including sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and pallet jacks Consolidate freight and prepare shipments for customer delivery Accurately enter and maintain inventory data in ERP systems (SxE) Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Comply with all safety policies and warehouse procedures Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:


1+ year of warehouse experience and/or training preferred (not required) High school diploma or equivalent preferred Experience with picking, packing, loading, unloading, and material handling Forklift, reach truck, or cherry picker experience preferred (training provided) Ability to read and interpret work orders, safety rules, and procedures Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse systems Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division Strong attention to detail and safety awareness * Ability to work independently and in a team environment
