Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated

Warehouse Associate

to support our Greenville distribution operations. This role involves performing a variety of warehouse tasks, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-minded, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Previous warehouse experience or forklift/cherry picker experience is preferred but not required--we provide training.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in the warehouse. Prepare, pick, pack, and dispatch outgoing orders according to work orders or customer requests. Load and unload trucks safely; secure items for transport. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, cherry pickers, pallet jacks, and other machinery (training provided). Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP system (SX.e) and document discrepancies. Assist with warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory counts. Comply with all warehouse safety regulations and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. 1+ year relevant warehouse experience or aptitude; experience with forklifts/cherry pickers preferred. Attention to detail, safety-conscious, and ability to follow instructions. Basic computer skills; ability to learn warehouse software and MS Office products. Basic math skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, ratios. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching.

Work Environment

Warehouse with heated winter conditions; air-conditioned storeroom for picking orders. Physical work, including inventory handling, lifting, and equipment operation. Protective equipment (steel-toe shoes, gloves, eyewear) required. Occasional overtime, evenings, or weekend work may be needed.
