Amazon, eBay, Walmart

, and more. Our business is growing fast, and we've recently launched a

brand-new 12,000 sq ft warehouse in Fort Ashby, WV.

About the Role

We're looking for a

hardworking, hands-on Warehouse Associate

to help us grow our operations. This role is perfect for someone who's

energetic, reliable, and self-motivated

-- someone who takes pride in keeping things organized, getting things done, and being a part of a small, fast-moving team.

This is

not a repetitive, slow-moving warehouse job.

You'll be learning new things regularly, working on a variety of tasks, and playing an active role in making our warehouse operation better every day.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and unpack inbound shipments Organize and shelve products across 7,500+ SKUs Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Maintain a clean and efficient work environment Help track and manage inventory using barcode scanners and digital tools Assist with inventory counts and restocking Flag errors or inefficiencies and offer suggestions for improvement

Who We're Looking For

At least

1 year of warehouse, retail, or similar hands-on experience

preferred Comfortable lifting 30-50 lbs and being on your feet most of the day

Self-starter

who takes initiative without needing constant direction Strong attention to detail and accuracy Tech-comfortable (can use barcode scanners, tablets, mobile apps, etc.) Reliable, punctual, and works well with a small team Excited to work in a

Compensation & Requirements

$36,000 - $42,000 annual salary

, based on experience Full-time schedule (Monday-Friday; occasional weekends if needed) Must be able to commute to or relocate to Fort Ashby, WV before starting In-person role at our Fort Ashby distribution center
Pay: $36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
