Job Summary:

Carpenter & Paterson is hiring for a full time Warehouse Associate to work at their Bordentown location through Teamster Union 676. This position assists with fulfilling & processing orders, shipping/receiving, inventory and other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties:

Managing paperwork from customers and vendors Loading and unloading trucks Pulling orders and prepping for shipment Receives inventory and store products in designated areas Keep work area clean and orderly Maintain a healthy and safe working environment Perform other related duties as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

Experience in a similar work environment preferred Ability to operate various types of materials handling equipment including hand trucks, pallet jacks, standard forklifts, and order-picker forklifts when needed Willingness to learn the warehouse products Have basic math skills Clean, driving record Punctual and courteous Team player mentality a must Self-motivated with the ability to work quickly and efficiently without constant supervision Experience driving a 26' Stake Body truck for local deliveries is a PLUS

Physical Requirements:

Must be in good physical condition and have good motor skills Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time Must have good hand/eye coordination
