Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of warehouse operations, including lifting materials weighing 40 pounds or more, accurately pulling orders, operating a forklift, and supporting general warehouse functions. This position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Lift, move, and carry materials weighing 40 lbs or more on a regular basis. Accurately pull, prepare, and stage orders for shipment. Operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment in a safe and compliant manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas. Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed. Follow company safety procedures and report any hazards or concerns. Perform additional general warehouse duties and tasks assigned.

Qualifications

Prior general warehouse experience required. Forklift experience strongly preferred Ability to lift and carry 40 lbs or more consistently throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order handling. Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision. Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

Work Environment

Fast-paced warehouse setting with frequent physical activity. Must be able to stand, walk, lift, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
