Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated

Warehouse Associate

to join our operations team. This hands-on role involves a variety of warehouse functions including testing, packing, shipping, and receiving of goods. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable with physical work, and able to operate in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Testing

air conditioners for functionality and quality standards

Packing and shipping

air conditioners and awnings for customer orders

Interfacing with shipping companies

to arrange pickups and resolve delivery issues

Receiving incoming shipments

and verifying inventory accuracy

Loading shipments

onto freight trucks efficiently and safely

Operating a forklift

to move, load, and organize materials Perform

custodial services

such as cleaning and general upkeep of the warehouse Carry out

miscellaneous tasks

and one-off duties around the building as needed

Qualifications:

Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred Forklift certification or willingness to become certified Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and walk/stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Basic computer or inventory system knowledge a plus Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Work Environment:

Full-time position, primarily in a warehouse setting Moderate to heavy physical activity Team-oriented with occasional independent tasks

Schedule

8 hour shift Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.- 4:30 p.m.
