Position Summary



The Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse, shipping, and receiving operations at BioSafe Systems' facilities. This role ensures accurate processing of samples and equipment shipments, maintains warehouse cleanliness and organization, manages internal receiving, and provides inventory support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities that include but are not limited to:



Shipping & Order Fulfillment



Process and ship all sample requests and equipment shipments from 22 Meadow Street using NetSuite. Prepare labels, shipping documentation, and packaging to ensure accurate and timely shipment of materials. Mark orders shipped in NetSuite to initiate billing for shipments fulfilled through 3rd-party warehouses, as well as shipments originating from 22 Meadow Street.

Receiving & Internal Delivery



Perform receiving duties for 22 Meadow Street and 207 Pitkin Street, including: Physically receiving incoming packages and deliveries Updating receipt records in NetSuite Delivering received packages internally to designated departments or individuals

Warehouse Organization & Inventory Support



Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment; take direction from Director of Engineering on prioritizing daily warehouse upkeep. Monitor label inventory and notify Purchasing/Production when replenishment is required. Remove trash at the end of the day in both of our buildings and ensure the workspace remains neat, orderly, and safe. As well as light building/property maintenance as requested.

Additional Responsibilities



Assist with product staging, equipment preparation, and warehouse projects. Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy as needed. Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the operations team.

Qualifications



Required



High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics operations. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks. Basic computer proficiency; willingness to learn NetSuite (ERP). Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload.

Preferred



Forklift or pallet jack experience (certification a plus).
