Warehouse Associate & Delivery Driver

Join our team to keep customers happy by ensuring orders are pulled accurately, paperwork is correct, and daily hot-route deliveries arrive on time. This role reduces stress for the team and keeps operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Pull and prepare customer orders accurately using handheld scanners and pick lists Verify order contents, complete invoicing and required paperwork before dispatch Execute daily hot-route deliveries reliably and safely Restock shelves and maintain organized warehouse zones to prevent stock gaps Update inventory records and follow up on discrepancies or errors Communicate early and clearly when workload or issues risk impacting operations Perform quality checks and double-check orders to minimize customer-facing failures Assist teammates with ad-hoc warehouse tasks during peak periods

Requirements

Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no moving violations in the last 2 years) Age 21 or older Ability to work full-time on-site Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to stay organized under steady workload Strong verbal communication; notifies supervisors when overwhelmed or encountering issues Reliable attendance and punctuality history Ability to lift and move typical warehouse loads safely (as required by job) Willingness to learn company procedures, scanners, and invoicing systems

Nice to Have

Prior warehouse experience with picking/packing and inventory scanning Experience handling customer paperwork or invoicing systems Previous delivery driving experience or knowledge of local routes
Location / Work Type

Full-time, on-site (warehouse + daily delivery routes)

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
