Position Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to support our production and warehouse operations. This role combines responsibilities in

manufacturing, batch mixing, and warehouse logistics

to ensure efficient production, accurate order fulfillment, and adherence to strict safety and quality standards.

Schedule & Pay

Day Shift:

Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM ($19/hr)

Night Shift:

Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM ($19.60/hr)

Key Responsibilities

Measure and mix raw materials according to detailed formulas. Operate mixers, pumps, scales, tanks, and other industrial equipment. Perform routine equipment cleaning and maintenance. Conduct quality control tests and complete inspection forms. Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE

Packaging & Shipping

Fill, label, and box containers (cans, totes, drums) to precise weights. Operate stretch wrappers and handheld scanners. Prepare finished goods for shipment with accurate documentation. Count and stage products for warehouse storage.

Warehouse Operations

Load and unload trucks; receive and inspect incoming raw materials. Print labels, freight bills, and packing lists. Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy. Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock pickers. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred). Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided). Experience in warehouse, production, or chemical manufacturing preferred. Ability to read and interpret manuals, operating instructions, and safety rules. Proficiency with computers for company-required processes and training. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.

Physical Requirements

Routinely lift, carry, and move raw materials or products weighing up to

100 lbs

. Stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl for extended periods (up to 90% of the workday). Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed. Work in an industrial setting with exposure to chemicals; PPE required.
