As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods and products. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will contribute to maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that products are readily available for shipment. The ideal candidate for this position is dependable, physically capable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive incoming shipments and verify their contents against purchase orders or packing slips.
Unload, inspect, and properly store received goods in designated storage areas.
Assist in performing regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring that products are properly packaged and labeled.
Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, organizing shelves, and removing empty pallets.
Assist in the preparation of outbound shipments by packing and labeling products according to established procedures.
Collaborate with other team members to fulfill customer orders in a timely manner.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to warehouse policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, reporting any discrepancies or issues promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
Ability to lift heavy objects (50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, kneeling, and standing for long periods
Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Flexibility to work in different shifts and overtime as needed.
