Warehouse Associate/Customer Services

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing customers by performing counter sales, taking phone orders, picking orders, assembling tools, operating a stencil router and other general warehouse tasks.

2. What your compensation and benefits will look like:

$21.00 to $23.00 per hour.

3. What your day will look like:

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping.

Assemble asphalt tools and hardware.

Run pre-programmed operations on a stencil CNC Routing Machine.

Convert stencil artwork to router cut files.

Operate a forklift to load and/or unload trucks.

Run Point of Sale (cash register), help customers, and pick orders.

File sales receipts and records.

Make and receive phone calls.

Perform regular cycle counts.

Stock, organize and clean the store front and storage building.

4. What your schedule will look like:

We operate on a seasonal schedule. The work week will look as follows:

o 8-hour shift Monday thru Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm during the months of March thru October.

o 10-hour shift Monday thru Thursday 6:00am to 4:00pm during the months of November thru February.

One Saturday per month will be required, on a rotating schedule, during the months of April thru October. This is a 5-hour shift 7:30am to 12:30pm.

5. Requirements:

Minimum of a high school education or GED.

Working knowledge of MS Office Excel, Word and Outlook.

Experience in counter sales/ operating cash register is preferred.

Simple math skills.

Self-motivated, great communication skills and willingness to learn.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must be able to perform physical tasks for extended periods of time including standing, walking, climbing, and bending.

Must be able to operate a forklift, or willing to learn.

Willing to take on new tasks as assigned.

Must be able to work alone.

Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random testing after being hired.

Pass a background check.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
