Botanie manufactures, packages, and ships high-quality, bar and liquid soap and shampoo bars. We make custom soap for consumer brands who sell it as their own. Our customers span a wide range of consumer market segments, including: body care, hair care, luxury, men's care, pet care, athletic, aromatherapy, no plastic, etc.

We're looking for an organized Production and Fulfillment Associate to grow with us

and to join our team of talented professionals. This is a full-time, hourly position. Qualified candidates will enjoy working in a fast-paced and sociable environment, be responsible, have good communication skills, work on your feet, and be capable of operating various types of machinery.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



On the job training is provided for this role. Making shampoo bars and organic soap is the critical step we take to delight our customers. Associates are responsible for the mental and physical duties involved in weighing material, mixing materials, monitoring machinery, and pressing bars into the correct shape, overseeing quality, and keeping detailed records. This role will start employment in our Hair Care Production Department making shampoo bars.

JOB REQUIREMENTS



Successful candidates must be able to:

Work calmly & efficiently under time constraints. Organize their materials & processes. Work well with their hands

Physical requirements

:

Lift & carry 60 pounds. Stoop, bend, kneel and reach above your head. Go up and down step ladders safely while carrying raw materials & products. Remain on your feet and in-motion during the day. Wear a half-face respirator or PAPR respirator for up to 1 hour

Starting Wage $17.00, compensation reviewed every three months. On the job training provided. Cross training opportunities provided.
