The Warehouse Associate will also support shipping and receiving functions, stock replenishment, and ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards. Candidates with prior warehouse supervisor experience or mechanical knowledge will find this role particularly rewarding.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and transport materials efficiently. Assist with order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders accurately and promptly. Support shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments against purchase orders and packing lists. Conduct stock replenishment activities to maintain optimal inventory levels. Handle materials safely during manufacturing or construction-related tasks involving heavy lifting or mechanical operations. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards by maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment. Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse distribution processes and optimize workflow. Perform routine maintenance checks on heavy equipment to ensure mechanical reliability.

Experience

Proven warehouse experience with a focus on inventory management and materials handling. Hands-on experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment Prior experience in shipping & receiving, order picking & packing, or manufacturing environments preferred. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to warehouse operations. Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail. Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse setting is a plus but not required. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
