Westport Apparatus, a trusted electrical wholesale distributor, is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to assist with packaging, shipping, local deliveries, and general warehouse operations at our Birmingham location.

Responsibilities

Package, label, and prepare outgoing orders for shipment and local deliveries Receive and unload incoming shipments efficiently, ensuring products are organized and stored correctly Assist with general warehouse organization and cleanliness Make occasional local deliveries to customers Assist with inventory handling and basic warehouse tasks Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Qualifications

Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, standing, moving inventory) Reliable attendance and punctuality Valid driver's license required for local deliveries Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with a team Warehouse, shipping, or delivery experience preferred but not required
