Job Description
Position Summary:
Responsible for performing a variety of tasks withing the warehouse. This includes order picking, preparing printers for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Picking:
Accurately pick products according to order specifications. Verify item quantities and ensure proper labeling.
Printer Preparation:
Prep printer kits for shipping by picking and packing necessary supplies that are sent with each printer. Control the inventory of the printer prep area, including ordering supply and keeping minimum quantities on hand. Pick all printers for outgoing shipments, ensure that all required parts and material are sent with each printer, and that serial numbers are properly tracked and assigned to each order. This area requires great attention to detail and the ability to work independently with little supervision.
General Warehouse Duties:
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper documentation. Keep work areas clean and organized. Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is a plus. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Basic computer skills for inventory and order tracking. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Work Environment:
Fast-paced warehouse setting. Requires physical activity including lifting, bending, and standing.
Pay:
$16.50/hour.
