Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and motivated

Warehouse Associate

to support daily operations at our warehouse in Badin, North Carolina. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a structured warehouse environment and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, unload, and stage inbound materials Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments Perform inventory counts and assist with inventory control Operate warehouse equipment safely Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Assist with general warehouse setup, organization, and continuous improvement Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications

Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred Forklift certification or experience strongly preferred (training available if needed) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Basic computer or scanning experience a plus
