What you will do:

  • Generate sales at the counter for Contractor, Industrial & OEM markets
  • Complete customer quotes, sales order entry, and product tracking to Deliver on the Promise (DOTP)
  • Identify and pursue gross margin and market share growth opportunities
  • Maintain counter sales area with daily stock and merchandising displays
  • Proactive engagement with customer base to build relationships for increased market share
  • Process counter returns, will call orders, and handle queues cleanup to compliance standards
  • Promote Customer Service Guarantee and other value-added initiatives/services
  • Helping warehouse (wire cuts, filling orders, loading delivery truck, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Committed to 100% accuracy and Doing it Right the First Time (DIRTFT)
  • Proficiency in Eclipse is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Teams
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • This position is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime
  • Counter and warehouse environment
  • Frequent use of computer and phone
  • Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday. Additional evening and weekend hours may be required based on business needs
  • Punctual and reliable on-site attendance
  • Heavy Lifting - up-to 50 lbs.
Salary and Compensation (WA only)
  • This position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime
  • Pay is $20/hour - $22/hour, or $41,600 - $ 45,756 annually if working full-time
  • Eligible for a monthly Warehouse Incentive Bonus after completion of training prerequisites
