Overview
Chadwell Supply is a successful family owned maintenance supply company with 19 Branches Nationwide. The Warehouse Construction Admin provides direct assistance to the Warehouse Director in a variety of administrative tasks regarding ongoing and upcoming projects. This position will also be responsible for maintaining multiple department reports to ensure the MRO Operations department is functioning at optimal performance levels.   • Set up and apply for required licenses and permits.
  • Provide required documents to obtain permits for warehouse construction.
  • Pay fees for licenses, permits, and other requirements as needed.
  • Set up and cancel gas and power in warehouse locations as needed.
  • Work with vendors to purchase materials and products as needed for a new branch.
  • Partner with New Warehouse Director to develop project schedule for ongoing projects.
  • Manage and oversee project plans for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Organize and attend meeting with landlords to obtain information regarding progress with ongoing progress.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates regarding ongoing warehouse construction.
  • Track and report locations and quantities on all electrical material handling equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, reach truck, electric pallet jacks etc.
  • Track and monitor pending orders in Excel and include estimated ship dates, inventory, delays, and contact/vendor information.
  • Assist with leasing handling materials.
  • Update calendar and schedule meetings for department as requested.
  • Analyze data based on information from IT, Stock IQ, Great Plains data, Sales Pad, and other software to create reports for manager.
  • Monitor a variety of reports to ensure optimal department performance.
  • Able to answer calls with a clear and friendly tone.
  • Become proficient with Chadwell Supply\xe2\x80\x99s technological systems as required for job duties.
  • Be able to meet stringent timelines while maintaining proper procedures.
  • Maintain electronic files accurately.

Requirements

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have 3 years of experience in computer operation.
  • You must be extremely proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
  • Ability to create Power Points or have the ability to learn.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Able to meet travel requirements for training.
