Your daily responsibilities include:
Responsible for fostering a fun environment
Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers
Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events
Receive and inventory all incoming wardrobe items
Ensure proper distribution of wardrobe items to team members in accordance with company policies.
Maintain wardrobe shop, working areas, machines, tools, supplies and equipment in a clean, orderly and operable manner.
Perform alterations to wardrobe items
Maintain inventory control of wardrobe items including assisting Wardrobe manager in determining par levels and making orders
Ensure supplies are stocked as needed
Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed
Compile information, complete and submit reports as needed
Facilitate dry cleaning
Maintain accurate records of all inventories including issuing and receiving receipts and records of any wardrobe items donated or destroyed
Communicate any payroll deductions for purchase of additional or replacement wardrobe items
Delivery and pickup of wardrobe items as needed
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations
Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter
Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements
Any job duty needed to promote productivity in the efficient administration of business, or any reasonable request made by your supervisor or management personnel BRING US YOUR BEST.:
To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:
Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
Must enjoy hosting others
Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests
General computer skills are required.
Basic sewing skills required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education an experience
Must be able to prepare, read and comprehend documents
Must be able to write reports and correspondence
Must be able to speak and communicate effectively with individuals and before groups of people
Must have the ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs
Ability to apply common sense, understanding and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Must be able to qualify for any and all licenses or permits required by local, state or federal law
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces STAY IN THE GAME.
