We\'re seeking workers to join our team. In this role, you will work in our state-of-the-art processing plant where you could operate and maintain machinery to ensure production standards are met, finalize products, and prepare these products for shipping. You don\'t have to love turkey to fit in here, but you do have to be a dependable team player. If you\'re looking to grow your career while working with a fun group of people, then this position might be for you!

What you will do:

• Help us achieve our production goals.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all employees by following all safety rules.
• Help ensure only safe, wholesome, quality products are produced for our customers by following all good manufacturing practices.
• Perform position-specific duties as assigned by your supervisor as needed.

What to expect:

• Work 8- to 10-hour shifts on concrete floors.
• Work in temperatures ranging from 32 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit.
• Perform repetitive motions such as twisting, turning, bending and reaching.
• May lift items up to 50 pounds.
• Wear a hair net, hard hat, ear protection, safety glasses, boots and/or other personal protective equipment.
• Work with large groups of people as a team.

Responsibilities
1. Operate machine/equipment (make adjustments to machines as necessary).
2. Set-up equipment, tear down as needed.
3. Be accountable for tools.
4. Communicate with Supervisors and mechanics.
5. Ensure product meets quality specifications.

Minimum Qualifications

• Mechanical troubleshooting skills a must.
• Able to communicate well in English, read/write/speak.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Currently or able to become lock-out/tag-out and jack certified.
• Must be able to work independently and under pressure.
