DESCRIPTION

As an Assembler in the Wall Panel Department, you will be responsible for assembling building material components, including, clamping, splicing, fitting parts with the use of hand and power tools.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensures that assembled items meet specific quality specifications

Read and understand set-up sheets, work orders, drawings, or blueprints

Gather, lift, and carry necessary building materials

Plans and paces own work efficiency in order to meet production goals

Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Ability to read and comprehend instructions

Knowledge of basic measurements and how to read a tape measure

Safe, reliable, self-starter attitude

Minimum Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older

Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (physical, drug test and lifting test)

Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties

Minimally must be able to lift >50 pounds without assistance
