Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide detailed menu descriptions, including daily specials, to enhance guest experience. Upsell menu items and beverages to maximize sales opportunities. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high service standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests. Adhere to sanitation and food safety guidelines at all times. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is advantageous. Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
