Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during service and food handling Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting tables for new guests Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Provide guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with sanitation regulations

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Ability to upsell menu items Host/host experience or serving background is a plus Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed in a hospitality environment

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
