We are seeking a personable and attentive Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences. Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments via POS or cashiering systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, and dining areas Assist with bussing tables and resetting for new guests Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, including wine pairings if applicable Ensure food safety protocols are followed during food handling and preparation Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience

Requirements

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Lightspeed POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and provide guest-centric service Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest satisfaction and sales opportunities Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling and bill splitting Experience in serving, bussing, hosting/host duties, or food preparation is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including nights; weekend shifts may be required Professional appearance and positive attitude essential for representing the restaurant's brand
