We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. This role involves providing attentive service, managing orders efficiently, and ensuring guests enjoy their dining experience from start to finish. Prior restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to food safety and sanitation standards.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive table service in a timely manner Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and beverages according to established standards while maintaining proper food handling procedures Ensure guest satisfaction through personalized service and prompt attention to needs Clear tables efficiently by bussing and resetting for new guests Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed in a hospitality-focused environment Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations following food safety regulations Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashiering duties when required Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, fine dining, or hospitality preferred; nightclub or host/host experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems such is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the restaurant industry Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately Experience with upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and increase sales revenue Food industry knowledge including food handling, serving etiquette, and guest relations is preferred Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 35 per week
