Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance the dining experience through effective upselling. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and address any guest inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math calculations for billing. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Foster positive guest relations by providing attentive service and addressing needs promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings, preferably in fine dining or nightclub environments. Familiarity with OpenTable reservation systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude. Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations. Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not mandatory.
