Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hostess to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. This role involves providing guests with an exceptional dining experience by welcoming customers, seating customers.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience seating customers on there tables. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards making sections for the servers. Ensure tables are clean, organized, and ready for new guests Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure satisfaction Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in all areas of service any help or task may be given from the management. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to deliver seamless service

Requirements

Previous experience as a server, host/host, or in food service is preferred Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse guests Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction Experience in hotel or restaurant settings is a plus Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if required

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
