About Mountain Creek:

How the Waitstaff works with the Team:
Provide our guests with the information necessary to make a dining/drinking selections by performing a menu tour. Serve food/drink selections to guests and create an unforgettable dining experience.
Team Member Responsibilities:
Be knowledgeable about the products and the services Mountain Creek provides
Serve the guests' selections in a manner that is consistent with Mountain Creek's policies and procedures
Report all tips in accordance with company policies
Serve to our guests our food products following all safety procedures
Be knowledgeable about the techniques used to prepare our food and drink products
Responsible for accurate cash and credit transactions
100% compliance with liquor and health department laws Perform other duties as assigned by your Manager/Supervisor
Team Member Qualifications:
1-2 years experience
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to work as part of a team
Previous food service & POS experience a plus
Professional, mature, and friendly demeanor
* Must be 18 years of age or older
