WAIT STAFF
Role Summary:
Our Wait Staff deliver the heart of guest experience - warm, gracious service rooted in tradition. This role balances attentiveness and elegance, ensuring every meal feels personal and unrushed in true Arizona Inn style.
Responsibilities:
Provide elevated table service with attention to timing and detail
Present menus with confidence; guide guests through offerings
Coordinate with kitchen, host, and F&B teams for seamless service
Maintain cleanliness and order of dining areas
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and warmly
Ensure accurate billing and POS entry
Qualifications:
Previous dining room service experience required
Strong communication, poise, and guest-care instincts
Ability to carry trays and work on feet for extended periods
Team-oriented and service-driven
Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain)
