We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding dining experience to our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.

Duties

Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome. THIS IS FOR NIGHTS AND WEEKENDS- no major holidays. Some early afternoon shifts. Trial basis of 3-6months to start- paid. YOU MUST BE 18 yrs old or more. Must be chemically clean- could be subject to drug test and/or breathalyzer test Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage items. Take accurate orders using our methods Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety/ alcohol laws and sanitation standards. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Handle cash transactions accurately, including basic math for processing payments. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction. Assist in training new staff members on restaurant procedures and service standards. Highly recommended to check out our page on FB. Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but willing to train the right person. Must be 18 yrs old Know how to hustle and smile. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables during busy shifts. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality. Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing are essential. Experience as a host or in bussing roles is beneficial. Join our team where your passion for hospitality can shine! Pay: $11.25 - $16.00 per hour
