We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment.The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor. This is a must.. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on customer preferences. Accurately input orders into the POS system, ensuring all details are correct. Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication regarding special requests or dietary restrictions. Sanitate tables, utensils, and other dining areas to uphold cleanliness standards. Process payments accurately and efficiently while handling cash or credit transactions. Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed.

Requirements

Previous experience in food service or the restaurant industry is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $11.13 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
