Overview

We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team at a vibrant Italian Restaurant. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall dining experience for our guests.

Duties

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register with precision
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area

Skills

- Strong customer service and guest relations skills
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on creating a welcoming environment
- Experience in upselling to increase sales opportunities

Qualifications

- Prior experience in fine dining establishments is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly TouchBistro POS (training offered)

Pay: From $2.83 per hour
