Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a strong understanding of food safety and hospitality standards. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Duties

Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring that all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change as needed. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and adherence to food safety standards. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service at all times. Assist in training new staff members on restaurant policies and procedures as needed.

Experience

Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or nightclub setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems. Knowledge of food safety practices and health regulations is essential. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with guests and team members.

Pay: $10.50 - $20.00 per hour
