Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders Provide detailed information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods. Ensure that all tables are properly sanitized and set up before guest arrival. Deliver food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Process payments accurately using the cash register, ensuring all transactions are handled efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control of dishes served. Maintain cleanliness in all areas

Qualifications

Previous experience in a server role within a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests. Excellent math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with restaurant management software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and team members. A commitment to upholding high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations. A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
