Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive service throughout their visit Take drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and supplies Check identification to verify legal drinking age and adhere to responsible alcohol service policies Handle cash and card transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts Restock bar inventory as needed and assist with inventory management Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Collaborate with team members to create a lively, friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits Assist in setting up for special events or themed nights as required

Qualifications

Previous experience in bartending or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of basic alcohol serving laws and responsible beverage service practices is a plus Must be at least 21 years old (or age applicable by local laws) Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong teamwork skills with a professional attitude and attention to detail
