Wait Staff/server
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues raised by guests
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
- Perform basic math calculations for order totals and bill splitting
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
- Excellent hospitality and guest service skills
Note: The employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned by the employer.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $6.75 per hour
