Duties
Collaborate with clients to assess their cooling and heating needs, providing tailored VRF system solutions that meet their specifications.
Commission, service and troubleshoot VRF systems, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Conduct routine maintenance checks and repairs on VRF units, diagnosing issues accurately using analysis skills and technical knowledge.
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Maintain detailed records of system configurations, service reports, and maintenance logs using Microsoft Office tools and data entry skills.
Educate clients on system operation, maintenance procedures, and energy-saving practices to maximize their investment.
Assist with inventory management of parts and equipment related to VRF systems to ensure timely availability for service needs.
Requirements
Proven experience with VRF or HVAC systems installation, maintenance, or repair--preferably in a call center or customer service environment.
Strong technical analysis skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English; bilingual capabilities are a plus.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, along with solid computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
Outbound calling experience or customer support background that emphasizes active listening and problem-solving.
Knowledge of sales techniques related to HVAC solutions is advantageous but not mandatory.
Exceptional phone etiquette with the ability to manage multiple calls efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
