Position Overview

Clownfish XR at American Dream Mall is seeking a reliable and hands-on Store Manager to take full responsibility for the daily operation of our VR entertainment store. This role serves as the primary on-site leader, supervising a small team while ensuring an outstanding guest experience.

The ideal candidate leads by example, communicates clearly, and confidently makes operational decisions to keep the store running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee store operations during all shifts, acting as the on-site leader in charge Lead, train, motivate, and schedule a small team of part-time associates Maintain high standards of service, safety, and equipment readiness Manage opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory integrity Resolve escalated guest requests and issues professionally Track performance metrics and support sales growth initiatives Communicate regularly with ownership on staffing and operations Support in-store promotions and contribute improvement ideas
Qualifications

Prior experience in retail/hospitality management or supervisory roles preferred Proven ability to guide a team in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, problem-solving, and service recovery skills Tech-friendly and willing to learn VR systems (training provided) Full-time availability including weekends*
Authorized to work in the United States
Compensation & Schedule

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience 40-50 hours per week*, including weekends and mall peak hours
Overtime payprovided for hours worked beyond 40 per week according to federal and state law Leadership autonomy in a growing business Employee VR access + performance incentives
