: $150k-$170k, based on qualifications and experience

Brief Summary of Work for this Position



As a member of the executive team, develops, directs, manages, and coordinates operational and managerial needs to outreach, create, build, and onboard successful integrated network(s) of care and other company engagements/contracts. Maintains strong relationships with payors, providers, and partners and as well as various analysts, consultants, and executives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to leading executive level meetings, crafting targeted outreach strategies, collecting and analyzing relevant data, developing client presentations with findings, making recommendations, curating and managing strategy sessions, supporting improvement implementation, and providing guidance to various stakeholders of all levels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



Collaborating with executive team, leads, facilitates, and participates in overall departmental and organizational mission. Coordinates with financial and company executives to develop and manage departmental budget. Regularly initiates and maintains contact with provider and payor leadership teams, executives, legislative officials, partners, and other key stakeholders who play an integral role of developing and managing Clinically Integrated Networks. Coordinates and manages various detailed projects related to creating integrated systems of care, organizational strategic development, outreach, and relationship-building initiatives. Works with analysts, consultants, and other executives, playing an active role in various aspects of client and network engagement and network development. Maintains advanced understanding and comprehension of healthcare (particularly Behavioral Health) industry vocabulary and processes. Plans, monitors, directs, and appraises job performance of supervisees. Has flexibility for domestic travel (via flight and/or ground transportation) to several locations for up to two weeks per month depending on needs of the network/client. Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements



Master's degree in healthcare, healthcare administration, clinical operations, and/or other related technical master's degree from an appropriately accredited institution. Minimum of three years progressive experience in healthcare delivery, operations, and/or management. Minimum one year of progressive experience in developing clinically integrated networks and or managed care projects.

Knowledge and Abilities:



Knowledge of healthcare operations and clinically integrated networks as well as public and regulatory compliance regulations. Executive level of thought leadership with special attention to advancing the organization as a whole. Capacity to research, analyze, and execute effective development strategies. Strong focus and ability to work autonomously, balance multiple priorities, and reasonably anticipate needs from tasks at hand and fellow team members. Flexibility and ability to travel, work remotely, coordinate effectively both in person and virtually, and communicate any logistical information to project manager(s). Ability to coordinate various projects with strategic and tactical information into practical applications that are easily understood by all employees and clients across a wide range of non-technical skill sets and backgrounds. Strong ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing. Deep passion for improving patient care and population health.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
