OHH Foaming is expanding and is hiring a VP of Sales to
build a brand-new sales team from the ground up
in our Toms River, NJ office.
This is a fully in-office role.
You will
build, lead, and scale
the foaming sales operation,
customize Zoho CRM workflows
, and help drive growth across the East Coast (ME-FL).
You and your team will
independently generate foaming opportunities
through your network and outreach (no company-provided leads), manage quoting, close clients, and recruit additional producers.
Responsibilities
Originate and close residential, commercial, and multi-family foaming projects
Maintain a structured sales pipeline with consistent follow-up
Prepare quotes and coordinate with operations
Recruit and develop a producing sales team
Customize Zoho CRM workflows, pipelines, and processes
Provide regular updates and maintain strong communication
Requirements
Experience in insulation foaming, construction sales, or related fields
Relationships with builders, developers, restoration companies, roofers, or property managers
Ability to independently generate opportunities (no company leads)
Strong communication, responsiveness, and organizational skills
Experience building or managing a producing sales team
Daily in-office attendance required

Compensation
100% commission-only
Uncapped earnings
Override opportunities based on team production
