With 35 locations open and more than 50 in the pipeline worldwide, the brand is expanding its reach while remaining rooted in innovation, inclusivity, and community connection.


The VP of Lifestyle & Events Marketing will be responsible for driving casual golfers, social groups, and event-goers into Five Iron Golf locations. This leader will own the strategy behind events, food & beverage, and lifestyle positioning -- ensuring Five Iron is the go-to destination for fun, inclusive, and memorable experiences both on and off the simulators.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Program Marketing:

Position and package Five Iron's lifestyle offerings (events, group play, and F&B) as compelling, differentiated experiences.

Event & Lifestyle Growth:

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that increase event bookings, group outings,

tourism partnerships

, and casual play.

Food & Beverage Marketing:

Elevate Five Iron's F&B offering as a core product within the brand experience.

Community Partnerships:

Cultivate relationships with local businesses, CVBs, and corporate partners to drive awareness and traffic.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

Partner with the marketing shared services team, social ops, and the event team to deliver campaigns and activations (role begins without direct reports but requires senior-level leadership and influence).

Functional Leadership:

Provide strategic direction in digital, social, and experiential marketing, ensuring best practices are applied even without direct executional ownership.

Measurement:

Define and report on KPIs tied to event revenue, F&B growth, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

10+ years in hospitality, restaurants, events, or entertainment marketing. Proven experience in product and program marketing for services/experiences -- ideally in events, hospitality, or lifestyle brands. Track record of growing traffic and revenue through event and experiential campaigns. Expertise in hospitality/F&B positioning and promotions. Able to act as a leader and strategic partner across shared marketing functions without direct team ownership. Data-driven with a knack for turning insights into compelling campaigns.

Pay: $165,000 - $175,000/yr
