Job Description

The VP will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing credit risk in alignment with the organization's risk appetite framework. This role within the financial services industry requires expertise in risk and compliance to ensure effective decision-making and regulatory adherence.

• Develop and implement strategies for identifying and managing credit risk across various portfolios.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organization's risk appetite framework.
• Conduct detailed risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential threats.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
• Prepare and present risk analysis reports to senior management and relevant committees.
• Support the development of risk policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to risk management.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on credit risk identification and management practices.
