Drive Pennymac\'s Thought-Leadership on engineering and architectural practices and standards. Take the needs and challenges of a client and formulate the technical roadmap and technology solution that will support their business strategies and goals. A Typical Day:
Pennymac is looking for a Marketing Cloud Tech Lead who will lead Marketing Cloud implementations.

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and working with Marketing Cloud Connect, and other Integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Cloud, Communities).
• Knowledge of programming languages in SFMC: AMPScript, HTML and CSS, SSJS and/or JavaScript, SQL (andQuery Studio experience) or Guide Template Language).
• Experience with web service integration (REST/SOAP).
• Experience implementing automated solutions utilizing Marketing Cloud Server-Side Java Script (SSJS).
• Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, most importantly Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio, and Cloud Pages and Mobile Studio.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Bring:

• At least 5 years in leadership role while working hands-on in Marketing Cloud implementations, ideally involving integrations with Salesforce core and other platforms.
• Certified Marketing Cloud Developer Certification, Consultant or Email Specialist
• Fundamental understanding of database technologies (RDBMS, NoSQL)
• Strong background in agile SCRUM agile practices and associated tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, etc.)

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

• Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
• Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role
• Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

Salary: $107,500 - $256,500
