Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through outside sales efforts.
Conduct cold calling and outbound sales activities to generate new business opportunities.
Follow up on sales leads immediately
Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrate the features of Volvo heavy-duty trucks to customers.
Negotiate terms of sale and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with dealership management to optimize inventory control and support marketing initiatives.
Engage in public speaking opportunities to promote products at events or trade shows.
Upsell additional products or services that complement the truck purchase, enhancing overall customer value.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory management.
Skills
Self motivation include time management, initiative, and goal setting.
Proven experience in outside sales, particularly in B2B environments.
Strong negotiation skills with a focus on high-end sales techniques.
Familiarity with CRM software for tracking customer relationships and managing the sales process.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Experience in automobile sales or dealership settings is highly desirable.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in retail math and basic mathematical calculations related to sales transactions.
Demonstrated ability in customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
